Monday to Saturday
October- June: from 10 to 14 hours
July- September: from 11 to 15 hours.
Special opening hours
Christmas
24th, 31st of December and 5thof January: from 10 to 13 hours
25th of December, 1st of Januar and 6th of January: closed
Access to the museum is possible until 30 minutes before closing time.
The rooms are vacated 10 minutes before closing time.
Prices
General Admission: 3,00 €.
Children under 12 years of age: 0€
Residents of La Palma: 0€ (proof with official document will be needed).
Discounts and free admission only apply to admission to the Museum, not to cultural or educational activities.

We recommend you use the audio guide, so that you can have a full experience of the Museo Sacro de La Virgen de las Nieves, its surroundings and the Sanctuary.
The service includes three languages (Spanish, English, French and German).

The Royal Isular Sanctuary and Sacred Museum of La Virgen de Las Nieves is a sacred place. Please bear these rules in mind in order to help maintain its splendour.
LITURGICAL ACTS
During liturgical ceremonies, tourists are not allowed to visit the interior of the church..
SILENCE AND CLOTHING
Please keep quiet and dress decently, uncovering your head when entering the church.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs may be taken without flash and without a tripod, provided that those in prayer are not disturbed.
SECURITY
It is forbidden to enter with objects that may constitute a risk to the health of visitors or to the heritage.
FOOD AND DRINK
Drinking beverages (except water) and consuming food is prohibited on the premises.
CHILDREN
Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Running around the Temple and the Museum is not permitted.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the entire premises.
